OH MY LEGS

AAArrgghhh that time of year is quickly approaching! You know what I am talking about ..... THAT time- summer time when everyone is walking around in their shorts, tank tops and swim suits.    It used to be the time that I dreaded TERRIBLY.  Just thinking about putting on shorts or a swim suit would make me start sweating. Even today, after working out for over 18 months and knowing that I have lost weight and my legs have more muscle in them than they ever have, I still get a nervous feeling.   I have always hated my legs, even back in high school.  I can remember running around the pool or beach with my beach towel always tied around me so that I wouldn't have to show my legs. 

 Soooo as swimsuit season quickly approaches ( I know it's hard to imagine when it's 40 degrees outside) I have decided to really focus on my lower body.  I WANT to tighten up my thighs and get rid of that CELLULITE!!!!    I will continue doing my 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts because they all really work my legs and butt.  I am also going to add a separate leg workout to my routine.    WOULD LOVE FOR YOU TO JOIN ME!!!!

 
 
 
Not only am I going to change up my workout and focus more on my legs, but I am going to focus more on my eating and staying away from sodium and sugar-  two main culprits of CELLULITE! I have always had cellulite for as long as I can remember.  I know a lot of it is hormonal and some say hereditary, but I am not giving in!!!  I have tried wraps of all kinds, cellulite lotions and creams and some really crazy drink mixes that were supposed to eliminate cellulite.  I am trying the more common sense approach this time- diet and exercise.
 
 
 
So, starting April 1st this is what I am going to be doing.  I cannot wait!!!  Thanks to the NEW BEACHBODY ON DEMAND WORKOUTS I can access the workouts that I don't currently own!!!
 
I am going to focus on the lower body, but still make sure I am working my core and upper body.  I will get my cardio and total body workouts in!
